Ingredients

1 kg krumpira 1/2 kg (smrznutog) graska i mrkve 5 tvrdo kuhanih jaja 5-6 velikih kiselih krastavaca 1/2 - 1 salica majoneze 2-3 zlice kiselog vrhnja 1 zlicica senfa sol i papar

Preparation

Kuhati krumpir u kori otprilike 45 min, ohladjeni oguliti i narezati na kockice otprilike 1 cm. Skuhati mrkvu i grasak, ocijediti. Narezati na male kockice tvrdo kuhana jaja. Narezati kisele krastavce na kockice od oko 0,5 cm. U velikoj zdjeli zajedno izmijesati krumpir, jaja, grasak, mrkvu i kisele krastavce. Dodati senf, majonezu, kiselo vrhnje, sol i papar prema okusu. Ponovo sve dobro izmijesati i staviti na hladjenje, najbolje preko noci.
