Tortellini alla panna      add to my favorites!     add to my menus!
Ingredients

500 g di tortellini 300 g di panna liquida 40 g di burro 100 g di parmigiano

10 minutes

Preparation

Cuocere i tortellini in un buon brodo di carne per circa 6 o 7 minuti a fuovo lento. In un tegame largo scaldare la panna e il burro, versarvi subito i tortellini cotti e scolati, rimescolandoli ben bene. Cospargere di abbondante formaggio e servire. A piacimento aggiungere fettine di tartufo fresco. Consorzio del Formaggio Parmigiano-Reggiano
