Ingredients1 tbs soy sauce, 1tbs chinese rice wine or dry sherry, half tsp sesame oil,
8oz lamb steak, small cucumber, 3 cup chicken broth, 1tbs rice vinegar, salt,

| | Total time (prep and cooking) | Preparationtrim the fat from lamb and slice into small pieces. marinate in say sauce,
rice wine and sesame oil for 30 min. discard marinade. cut cucumber in half
lengthwise, then slice diagonally. boil chicken broth in a wok, add lamb and
stir. teturn to boil then add cucumber, vinegar, salt and pepper. bring to a
boil and serve asap.
