1 small bunch callilu (Callilu is a green vegetable something like spinach,
which could be used instead. It is sometimes spelt 'Callaloo')
2 pints water
1 slice salt pork
1 slice salt beef
Total time (prep and cooking)
20 minutes
Preparation
Trim the callilu by taking off rough, scaly parts from the leaves, put into
boiling water for 15 minutes. Throw away this water and bring 2 pints water to
the boil. Chop callilu very finely and add. Boil for 15 minutes then add pork
and beef. Continue cooking for 15 minutes before serving.
